Vendor Information

Food Vendors: Please sign up @ the Black Cat!

Booth Vendors: Sign up on Zeffy for $15 dollars per spot. For this event, you will have an assigned spot to set up, which you will receive after registration and within 3 days of the event. Set up will start @ 3 PM on the sidewalk and then move into the street once it is closed down.

Contest Rules (all are free to enter!)

Parade of Ghouls Costume Contest

RULES:
Anyone wishing to enter the Parade of Ghouls must meet at the lot between the Oneida Public Library and Sweetie Pies at 4 PM for judging.
 
There will be 3 categories: 1-10 years old, and 11 to 17, and 18 and up. Each age group will have categories for winners dependent on how many individuals we have entered.

At 4:30 PM, the "ghouls" will march down Main Street to the stage, showing off their costumes, and then the winner will be announced and prizes given for the winners. 

Prizes (so far): 

Best Family Costume: $250 WalMart gift Card - Sponsored by Lori Phillips-Jones)

Candy Walk/Trunk or Treat

Process:
Set up for the Candy Walk begins at 3:30 PM. Candy Walk will start at the road closure closest to the First Baptist Church Oneida and run down the street sidewalks. You may decorate your chosen area, and small tables will be allowed, where there is room. Stay until you run out of candy or 8PM, which ever comes first! Vendors need not RSVP.
No homemade items permitted. Only prepackaged, unopened candy will be allowed at the event.




 

King Jack's Jack O'Lantern Extravaganza
Pumpkin Contest

Rules:
Pumpkins that are entered into the contest will be done so anonymously, and must be brought to the lot beside Black Cat by 3:45 PM. You may paint or carve your pumpkin in any fashion you would like, although all pumpkins must be tasteful. MAoM has the right to turn away any pumpkin if it does not follow this rule. 
Votes will be cast in cannisters on the tables; the community may vote using change or dollars. The pumpkin that raises the most money will win!

Winners will be announced at 7 PM.  Pumpkins must be picked up by 7:45 PM. 

The Lil Pumpkin Painting Activity table will be located by the ASotA booth. Painting Activity will cost $3 dollars. 

All funds raised will go to support the Arts in your community!
