LITTLE TOWN POETS SOCIETY is debuting something new for our next meeting.
Introducing "Wednesdays at the Willow."
Our very first Wednesday meeting will be on April 19. We will meet at the willow tree by the little lake at Oneida City Park at 10:00am. There is a brand new dock there on the water! All are invited to bring a poem (or simply a few words) to share with the group – whether it is something you wrote yourself, or something you appreciate from another poet. Then, we will simply walk and talk for an hour around the track together.
I've been looking forward to this all winter, and the weather is finally inviting enough for us to begin! I want to keep looking for creative and fun ways to bring poetry to your everyday lives, so I hope you enjoy trying a few new activities with me this year!
