At Appalachian Society of the Arts, our mission is to bring the transformative power of the arts to the community. Through our non-profit, youth led children's theater group, Plateau Junior Players, we aim to inspire and educate young minds, fostering creativity and self-expression. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to experience the magic of theater, regardless of their background or circumstances. By providing a platform for young performers to showcase their talent, we strive to create a vibrant and inclusive arts community. Join us in our mission to make a difference through the theatrical arts.

Absolutely. While there may not be a lead role available for the current show, most of our shows will have an ensemble, and understudies depending on your youth's current talent level. There will also be many shows in the future, including smaller shows
